Seeking volunteers for Board positions!
The goal of the Nottingham Gate Estates Board is to establish our community as a premier neighborhood in Hudson. We will do this by improving and managing our collective assets in a fiscally responsible manner in order to drive property values up and provide the community with opportunities to interact with each other.

Elections will be held on June 7, 2026, at 4pm. Voting will be in-person.
Voting will take place for all three positions with Board-level voting rights: President, Vice President and Secretary. At this time, we are seeking volunteers to run for office. It is a three-year term. Please contact The Board for more details and to be added to the ballot.
This document provides the foundation for our neighborhood's governance.
As of 2022, annual dues are $775. This contributes toward maintenance for all amenities, including our pool, clubhouse, tennis court. We also maintain 4 retention ponds and 3 landscaped entrances. A portion of annual dues also goes into a Reserve Fund for future capital improvement projects.
As of 2024, an additional $325/year will be invoiced to each household to repay our Pool Loan. This will conclude after 10 annual payments.
Welcome to NGE! Important information, including neighborhood newsletters, is communicated primarily by email. Once you have closed on your new home, please use our contact form to provide your email address and phone number to the Board.
Communications are often posted to our private Facebook group. When you request to join, you will be asked to enter your street address in order to verify current residency. It is used in no other way than to verify your residency in our neighborhood and keep out bots/spam accounts. This group also provides a friendly forum for neighbors to communicate with each other.
